So, today I have a healthy, not to mention rather yummy, cookie recipe to share. I just made it up today in a banana "baking challenge" with my little sister. (:
Flourless Peanut- Butter Banana Cookies
1 banana oven heat: 350 degrees F
1 C oatmeal cook time: about 10 min.
2\3 C peanut butter makes: about 15 cookies (depending on size)
1\3 C + 2 T raisins
1\3 C chopped pecans
1 T yogurt
1 1\2 T honey
1\4 t vanilla
2 T butter melted
1 t cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Add pecans and raisins.
Stir together melted butter, cinnamon, and salt and mix with honey, yogurt, and vanilla
Form dough into balls and flatten before putting into heated oven for about 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly and enjoy! :)
(Makes 15 cookies, depending on size)
