Picture Dump from a January Tramp through the Woods

So I forgot about doing a post on my little sink-hole adventure back in January... so now I'm dumping some pictures from that little tramp in the woods on here.

(I did at least some editing on quite a few of these- dark lighting)

 One of my brother's traps.

I love that green "carpet"! :)

Pretty pink berry things.

We wore rubber boots. A good idea when you're walking through brush, and especially when you go into sinkholes where there's mud. *winks* Like you care.

The sinkhole, or course.

My little brother and sister convinced me to climb up in between those rocks after them and through this little tunnel of sorts ending up...

In that dark spot under that tree in the middle of this picture. My brother did have a flashlight. ;) There was more underground "space" to the right of that, and a big spider living there. ;P

Then me and my sister went out in the field as night descended, enjoying being way out there. We could see the house, but it was fairly far away. ;)

Aren't the clouds beautiful?

Yea, it was a fun little adventure. :)

EVER GO IN SINKHOLES, OR GO TRAMPING AROUND IN THE WOODS?

Photo Gallery: Sweet Summer

Happy first day of summer! :)
For me, it has already felt like summer, but now it has officially begun.
So I was just going to do a post of pictures I took the other day, and then I found out it was the first day of summer... so that influenced my title. :)

We have little vine- like flowers growing out in the ditch by our house, so I made some flower wreaths. I wanted to take some pictures of them on these little "pixies". :)

(these three pictures are edited, but I think the only other one that is on this post is the last one- brightened. ;P)

So then we went walking around the woods along a cornfield. Doesn't it look like a nice place? :) No weeds right there.

I got bokeh in this. :) (the little circles in the background)

This isn't as clear as I would have liked, but I like the bokeh in it, and all...

There were some white fluffy things floating around- or falling. It looked cool. :)

Tire of an old bike out in the woods.

Well I hope you enjoyed these pictures, and I hope you are having a good summer beginning! ;)

Photo Gallery: Rivers and Reflections

I took these pictures on Sunday, of a river and woods and all. It's been kind of summery lately. We went to the zoo on Monday, (which I'll post about) and it was really hot! Like in the 80's. In springtime. Crazy. :P

Here are the pictures. The last one is from another day. ;)

Hope you enjoyed the latest of my photo gallery! ;)

Photo Gallery: Country Style in the Wood

I have a new photo shoot to share. :) I didn't think up the greatest title, but at least it sums up what this photo shoot is.
(The rest of the photo shoot from my last post will come on another day)

My sister wanted me to do a photo shoot of her, and of course I wouldn't pass up that kind of offer. :D

So today we did that, and MY was it windy. The woods weren't much better until we went farther out. But, despite the the obstacles of too-bright sun and gusting wind, the photo shoot turned out to be a success! Yay! (Because I hate failing on photo shoots! Obviously. :D)

See evidence of the windy-ness? I can be nice, too. For dramatic, wind-blowing hair, and the like. :)

Despite the sun splotches, I like this picture. It's a nice angle. :)

I just, really like this! Those skinny trees in the background, and everything!

Of course, I have to do the boots, resting in the carpet of little spring green sprigs! :D

We have these oddly-barked trees... they're different, and I like them. :)

Then we went into a sinkhole thing. Dare to be dangerous! Haha. There might be some sort of a little cave in there too. It did make a unique setting though. :)

So, I hope you enjoyed this photo shoot! I certainly had a good time taking the pictures! :)
