Chickpea and Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Flourless. Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Low Sugar. Peanut Free. Healthy!

Here is my latest recipe! :) Well, I didn't make up much of it- the bananas are my major change. That's the only sweetener besides the chocolate chips.
Anyhow, if you are looking for a delicious, healthy cookie recipe, look no further! These have a great texture, and are very chocolaty and yummy. ^__^ Plus they're true to all the claims up there in italics. :)

Chickpea and Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

15.5 oz. can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 t vanilla

1\2 C + 2 T almond butter (can substitute peanut butter or another nut butter)

1 1\2 banana

1 t baking powder

a pinch of salt (if there's none in almond butter)

1\2 C chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor, until smooth. Scrape edges a few times to make sure everything is well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Put on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper with a cookie dough scoop or spoon, and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. They'll be real soft at first. Enjoy!

Today was a wet, cold Monday. I don't mind rain... Its kind of nice. :)
Yea, so I took some pictures today in the wet coldness, and this one below is one of them. I like it. :)

By the way, that lovely old fashioned candle holder up there in the cookie pictures is one of my latest Goodwill buys. :) And what I used for a candle is rolled up paper, since I don't think there's any candlesticks in this house. :D Creativity makes things work!

Colors Photography Challenge: Gold

Hello! This is the first post for my made up challenge: Colors Photography Challenge. The first color is gold, as you can see. :)

So for the pictures for this challenge, I'm just putting together a bunch of things that are kind of the same color. Little trinkets and whatever.

These pictures have the golden swan, of course, a Singapore coin, I believe, a necklace, paintbrush, pendant on a chain, and the oddest of all, a lacey gold shrug.  Hehe. Yea, I even use clothes. :) And then there's one of my printed pictures in the one below.
Um, yea, so that's my make-up of these gold pictures. :)

Here's the bonus pictures- sunsets! :)
(most of these I've already posted before)

Photo Gallery: Fall Pictures and Different Light Angles

Here's some more fall pictures. Some are from awhile ago, but they're probably all in fall. I like how this first one looks. It's some plant nursery or something, and I took it out a vehicle window. :) The second one is from the recent eclipse.

And last I have these pictures of a pear. :) I had a light- indoor lighting could use some help sometimes- and these pictures show how light coming from different angles makes the picture look different...

Beads, BEADS, beads

Hello everyone. :) Hopefully you like beads, cause this post is full of them. :)
I got some free books on Friday, which is really cool. One was nonfiction, and then I got this book on making afghans, (if I learn to crochet more than a chain, I can use it. :D), a sewing book from the 70's (old-ish stuff is fun), and this bead "bible", which is cool because beads are lovely little things. ;)

The Illustrated Bead Bible, Theresa Flores Geary, Ph.D.
It's like a dictionary, all about beads and beading, and whatever. Coolness.

I have a bead collection...  which can actually be fun to categorize, and whatever. :D

And now for the bead, "Photo Gallery". I hope I don't bore you to death. XD

"Picturesque" beads (:D)

"non-picturesque" beads

Pearls are just lovely. :)

 Glass beads- :)

This picture just flows. If that makes any sense. I just think all the beads go so good together, and with that little pitcher. :)   ...(photographer ravings, sorry) <3

These beads are kind of unique looking. From what's in the book, they seem to have been subject to cloisonné, and enameling... look it up if you happen to be interested. :D

These might be called "miracle beads". They seem like something I found in the book, so... It says they look like they're glowing from the inside out, and these ones have this special look. :)

Beads in a coconut shell. :)

Onto things besides beads, I have photography news. First, I think I'm going to be doing a photography challenge (that I made up), with colors. I've already done some pictures... Colors are just cool. :) I don't know when I'll get a post and all set up for the first, but hopefully it'll come. :D
Next, I have my very first, real REAL photo shoot to do. O.O I don't know when,  but I'll probably be taking a family's pictures sort of soon, which is going to be... scary! Please pray that whenever I do it, it'll all turn out nice- (and that the camera won't freeze up!) XD It is exciting though. I just need to get enough money for a good camera!! Then the wonderfulness will, perhaps, begin. :)
Well, better go. Up late on a post once again. :P
