Season's Sensation: Strawberry Milkshake Oatmeal Smoothie




  Strawberry Milkshake Oatmeal Smoothie
____________________________________________________________

     1\3 cup milk

     2 T water

     2 T oatmeal
    
     1\2 T coconut sugar

     7 frozen strawberries

     vanilla
________________________________________
    
  Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup, drop in a straw, and enjoy! ;)



    I just made this smoothie today and it was really good! :) 
It's a little more of a treat than my other smoothies... Understandable, since it only has 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. And the delectable strawberries, you know. That's how this can be a "season's sensation". Spring and strawberries kind of go together, right? :) 

 I think the milkshake part kind of makes sense, because this smoothie is cold from the frozen strawberries... and then it has milk, you know. :) (I guess it better make sense, since I named it that!)

 Anyhow, if you like eating healthy, and you like strawberry shakes, you should try this! :)
